How much Exercise should you do?
Doing exercise is really important for your heart, lungs, and your body in general. It keeps you fit, not only to look good but also to make your organs and muscles endure everything they go through everyday. This is why we should all exercise on a daily basis taking into account we all have different bodies so we can't do the same amount of physical activity.
Adults should do a minimum of 30 minutes moderate-intensity physical activity five days a week. It doesnt have to be the whole half hour at once it can be in 10 minute or 5 minute lapses spread through out the day. The important thing is to have 30 minutes of it. Your activity doesn't have to necessarily be sports or a structured exercise, you can do other things like walking the dog, walking the shops or taking you kids to the park. You'll know they have a moderate intensity if the activity makes you slightly breathless. If you are over weight or have an obesity risk should do exercise 45 or 60 minutes at least 5 times a week.
